Chimney Sweep & Inspection $175
A professional inspection of the chimney to include the firebox, crown, smoke chamber, exterior of chimney, firebrick, damper, flue, and evident defects. After inspection, a sweep of the flue will be conducted.

Pellet $250
Remove interior panels, clean out ash pit, blow out pressure switch, clean all sensors, remove debris from all areas of the stove, complete sweep of exhaust vent to cap, inspect venting and cap.
Gas $250
Check gas pressure and leaks, clean up pilot assembly, clean logs, and glass, check log placement, replace embers, clean out burner, check thermopile voltage, and check blower if required.
Outdoor Grill & Firepit services $200
A thorough clean out of grill and gas ports and all parts will be inspected for flaws. Which also covers repairs, maintenance, and installs.
Brick Work Estimate $75
Repointing, cracked or broken brick replacement, rebuilds, customer constructed mailboxes. Estimate fees can be added to final job fee, if quote is accepted.
Wood $250
Clean out ash pit, remove debris from all areas of stove, complete sweep of exhaust vent to cap, inspect venting and cap, an inspection of interior walls.
